I expected the warranty to be more helpful, but the coverage ended up being limited. It felt like a lot of the things I thought would be covered were suddenly "not included," which was frustrating.

The filters work totally fine and I haven’t had any issues with them, but every time I open a new one I can’t help noticing how much plastic is involved and I just wish the packaging was a little more eco-friendly because otherwise I’d feel a lot better about buying them again

I bought from prooneusa thinking the install would be simple, but it just wasn’t. The instructions felt kind of unclear, and I kept having to guess what went where. Even after I finally got it set up, using it still didn’t feel very smooth. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just annoying and took way too much time.

I had to return a filter I ordered from prooneusa.com because, well, it ended up not being the right one for my setup. The return instructions were clear, but it still took a few emails back and forth to actually get everything figured out.
The refund did come through eventually, just... slower than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth either. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d definitely double-check everything before buying

I’m happy with this overall because it does a good job filtering out that weird taste in the water. It definitely makes it more drinkable, which is what I needed. That said, I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, the flavor improvement is noticeable, but not completely amazing. Still, for everyday use, it gets the job done.

I ordered from ProOne® Water Filters recently, and overall I’m happy with how it’s been going. The flow is nice and steady, which is a relief because I’ve used filters before that felt like they were taking all afternoon. Funny how you don’t think much about water speed until you’re standing there waiting on it.
For everyday stuff like filling a glass or my water bottle, it works totally fine. When I’m trying to fill a bigger pot, though, that’s when I start noticing it feels a little slower than I’d like. Not painfully slow, just enough that my mind wanders and I start doing that thing where I look around the kitchen for something else to do.
It’s not a dealbreaker for me at all, just one of those small things you pick up on after using it a bit. The filter still works well, the water comes out consistently, and I’m happy with the purchase overall. I’d give it 4 stars

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, the water tastes way cleaner than it did before. That gross tap smell is finally gone, which is a huge relief. I’m giving it 4 stars though because setting it up was more frustrating than it needed to be. Took me a bit to get everything right, and I definitely wasn’t thrilled about that. But once it was working, it did what it was supposed to do.

The box got here with one corner kind of crunched in, not terrible, but enough that I noticed it right away before I even brought it inside. I was a little nervous opening it because the dent was right along the edge seam, but the packing inside was actually solid and everything was in place.
I did think it could’ve used another strip of tape across the top since one flap looked like it was starting to lift a tiny bit. Nothing was broken or missing though, so in the end it all worked out fine.

It worked fine at first, but my first impression wasn’t great because it started showing wear way too quickly. I expected it to hold up longer, so that was disappointing...

I ordered from prooneusa and the order went through fine, so no major issues there. The site just felt a little confusing in a few places, and some pages were loading slow for me. I also ended up checking my cart a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure if everything was... yeah. Once I got to checkout it was straightforward enough, and I did get the confirmation email right after. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably use it again if I needed something from there

I ordered replacement filters for my ProOne and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Swapping them out was straightforward, though I did have to glance back at the instructions once to make sure I wasn’t overthinking it. For maintenance, I just use the simple shortcut of marking the date and checking it off later, otherwise I know I’ll forget. I do wish the reminder info was a little more obvious, but overall I’m happy with it so far

I only looked around for a bit, but the site felt really clean and easy to use. The layout was simple, the colors weren’t too much, and I could find what I needed without getting frustrated. Good first impression overall.

It works okay overall, but it ended up being way bigger on my counter than I thought it would be (which is kind of annoying in a small kitchen). I wish I had checked the dimensions more carefully before buying.

The price, for what I got, felt fair to me. Shipping was okay too, not super fast or anything, but it got here fine. Not perfect it was, but I’d probably order again.

This is just the right size for my family. It holds plenty and still fits under the counter just fine, which is what I was hoping for. I thought it might be a little bulky at first, but...

I was trying to order a couple of filter parts, but one of them was out of stock when I checked. The site itself was easy enough to use, so maybe I just happened to look at the wrong time, I don’t know. It was still a little frustrating not seeing when it might be back. I’ll probably check again later, but the availability could definitely be better.

My order from ProOne® Water Filters showed up and most of it was fine, but one item wasn’t the one I actually picked. I felt kind of embarrassed having to reach out about it, like I was making a fuss, but customer service did get back to me after a little while. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, I just wish everything had been double-checked before it shipped.

It showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I was ready to wait a few more days, so that was great. The packaging was maybe a little plain, but that’s not a big deal at all since it arrived in good shape

I gave it 4 stars because the certification details were easy to find, which I really appreciated since I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to dig around forever. I still had a couple of questions, but overall it felt more transparent than most filter sites I’ve looked at.
